The location was perfect, away from the city noise but an easy walk to everything. the hotel was also close to the funicular that goes to the beautiful Montecatini Alto, and there was a flea market nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the breakfast had a good variety of options, and the pool area was clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The room we stayed in was a little dated and in need of updating.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the garden with many private areas in which to relax was perfect. The hotel is situated in a park adjacent to the famous spa, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. We also loved that it was on a slight hill and offered beautiful views.

The hotel is run by a lovely family, making it feel homely. the pool area is surrounded by a beautiful garden with plenty of sun loungers and a convenient bar to order drinks from. the hotel is situated in a peaceful location but is also easy to get to the main square and train station, making day trips to nearby cities enjoyable.

The shower pressure was a bit low, but the bathroom was spacious and modern. at dinner, the waitresses were a bit too efficient and could have slowed down between courses.

Set in a calm area surrounded by a park with a charming ambiance. Great pool area for relaxation. Breakfast had a decent range of choices, including fresh fruits and baked goods.

Some of the furniture seems dated and in need of modernization. The distance from the train station was a bit longer than advertised.

The breakfast was great and sufficient. The evening meal was perfect. You can also eat at the pool and it is also super delicious. The pool is very nice and you can enjoy the sun from morning till evening, the city is 10 minutes walk away and to Pisa and Firenze it is 40 minutes by car and its very easy to find everything. Car rentals can be reached directly when you are at the airport in 5 min distance and it is cheap.

We'll get spoiled by such accommodation.

The hotel is not particularly suitable for children. There's a little lack of freedom of movement. And the pool's too small.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and approachable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the shaded parking and the nice pool. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the city noise but still within easy walking distance to everything. It was also conveniently located near the flea market and next to the park. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the breakfast provided was delicious.

Breakfast has been bad. Little choice. Sausage and cheese were tasteless - probably mass-produced from the factory. Unfortunately the pool was not open yet.
